Welcome to ErrorLedger. By accessing or using our website, interactive tools, and stream games, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Purpose & Permitted Use (Streaming & Commercial Monetization)
ErrorLedger provides free, no-install browser-based web games and broadcast utility software for live creators, streamers, and viewers across platforms including Twitch, YouTube Live, CHZZK, SOOP, and Kick. Commercial and non-commercial live broadcasting, video creation/editing, and content monetization (via ad revenue, sponsorships, and viewer donations) are 100% permitted and completely free of charge.
No prior permission or license fee is required to feature our tools on your stream or video content. Attribution (mentioning ErrorLedger or linking to errorledger.com) is appreciated but optional.
2. Streamer Utility Guidelines & Copyright Compliance
When using broadcast utility software provided by ErrorLedger (including Chzzk Downloader, Stream Schedule Studio, and Bzzk Security Radar), you agree to the following terms:
- Chzzk Downloader Copyright Policy:Chzzk Downloader is an unofficial utility provided strictly for personal archiving, research, and educational purposes. All intellectual property, copyright, and likeness rights of downloaded videos and audio belong to the original broadcaster and platform rights holders (Naver CHZZK). Re-uploading, commercially distributing, or modifying downloaded broadcasts without explicit streamer permission is strictly prohibited by copyright law. All civil and criminal legal liabilities arising from unauthorized use rest entirely with the individual user.
- Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer:ErrorLedger is an independent third-party utility platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Naver Corporation, Google LLC (YouTube), Twitch Interactive, or SOOP Co., Ltd. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are property of their respective owners.
- Stream Schedule Studio:Timetables and calendar images generated with Stream Schedule Studio may be freely posted and used for personal or commercial broadcast promotion across Discord, X (Twitter), and fan communities.
3. Intellectual Property
The original UI design, website layout, frontend source code, custom 2D physics engine implementations, logos, and brand assets of ErrorLedger are the intellectual property of ErrorLedger. Mirroring, scraping, or redistributing ErrorLedger's source code or proprietary UI to deploy a competing commercial service is prohibited. Traditional game rules and mathematical principles (such as Amidakuji / Ghost Leg, Roulette wheels, and marble gravity tracks) belong to the public domain.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All website features, tools, and downloadable utilities are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ErrorLedger shall not be held liable for any interruptions, performance degradation, or issues resulting from user local environments (operating systems, firewall rules, network speeds) or third-party service updates (API or platform changes by external streaming platforms).
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time as new tools or features are introduced. Continued use of ErrorLedger following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
